Zeitoon Grill House: Experience Authentic Persian Cuisine in Kirkland

Comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We ordered the lamb shank $30 and chicken fillet kebab $25, coke $4 and sprite $4. We truly enjoyed the food. However, when we received the receipt there was an auto gratuity(15%) of $9.45 plus tax. I asked if there was any way to adjust the tip but she couldn’t. Unfortunately it’ll be our first and last time here.

I’m a big fan of Persian food, and Zeitoon Grill House delivered the best I’ve had in Washington so far. The chicken and ground beef kebabs were excellent. It was quality meat that was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The hummus was so good I kept going back for more. Chicken wings were juicy with great seasoning and just the right amount of spice and char. Definitely recommend this spot.

We had the pleasure of eating here this past weekend and we couldn’t be more pleased. I had the Lamb Shishlik Kebab, I have to say this was the most flavourful and properly cooked lamb I have ever had. The marinate is divine, if I had taken a bite of this while standing, my knees would have buckled from flavour! The service was also very good. The staff told me that there is new ownership, looks like they are off to a great start! The ambiance is also next level. I strongly recommend checking them out.

An outstanding dining experience from start to finish. We travelled all the way from Vancouver and were not disappointed. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with high quality ingredients. The service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting. Everything came together perfectly, making this a place I would happily return to and recommend without hesitation.

If you are looking for authentic and yummy Persian food this place is a must try. From perfectly cooked kebabs to most juiciest top sirloin, all entrees are cooked to perfection. They also have a great selection of appetizers… kashke bademjan (grilled eggplant) was favorite among our group. To top it off, saffron pistachio cream is full of flavors and a perfect way to end the meal. Go head and try, you will not be disappointed

Coming here was like visiting a friend’s house. I was very warmly greeted at the front door and was seated rather quickly. The atmosphere within the restaurant is inviting and full of natural light that overlooks the marina. Would be awesome for family gatherings or even as a date night spot. My food arrived roughly 10 minutes after I ordered it which is super fast for Persian food - what stood out to me was how fresh the rice and kabobs I ordered were. Both the beef and chicken were really flavorful and I would recommend the mixed grill so you get one skewer of each. The owners ended up giving me a complimentary side dish because I traveled very far to try their food. 10/10 would recommend checking them out

I had dinner here last night for the second time in a month. Both times the food was good. They can definitely improve the service and train the servers. But everyone was nice. I don't think having a TV there is a good idea at all. It's a distraction to the serving staff but most of all it does not go with the restaurant and the Persian Atmosphere. They need have Persian music only. So o am hoping they get rid of that TV . I ordered the lentil soup which was Amazing. Truly one of the best I ever had. I ordered the Soltani Shishlik . The lamb was great. The beef that was a part of it which was the Kobodeh did not taste like a Kobodeh at all but tasted like a regular kabobs. Little dry. I think it has to do with the meat they are using. It does not have enough fat ? As if they are using 95/5 beef instead of 80/20 so they need to look into it and fix it if they want to continue to serve it as Persian Kobodeh not just a kabob. The most pleasant part the food temperature. My plate was steaming hot. The rice tasted so fresh and was so hot too. The food came straight from the kitchen to my table so it was so fresh and so hot too. This is unfortunately hard to get in most Persian restaurants in the area where I get served cold rice and barley warm meat most of the times so having my food served while hot was truly a big plus. I also loved the idea of adding the tip to a group of four or more . This is so good to insure the staff get tipped. I will definitely go back.

We ordered the platter and enjoyed our dinner here. The ambience felt a bit grey and could be improved with a warmer atmosphere and better music selection. I also found it unusual to be charged a 15% service fee for just two people. That said, overall it’s a good spot if you’re looking for a Persian meal.
